Abhishek Bachchan

Abhishek Bachchan is a popular Indian actor and producer, known for a host of critically acclaimed films in Bollywood. Scion of the Bachchan family, he is the son of actors Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan.

Founded in 1755, Vacheron Constantin SA is a Swiss luxury watch and clock manufacturer. Since 1996, it has been a subsidiary of the Richemont Group. 

In 2000, the watchmaker launched the Malte collection, named after the Maltese cross, which has remained the brand's symbol since the late 19th century. 

Crafted in 18 ct rose gold and with 36 mm x 48 mm dimensions, the timepiece, measuring 11.80 mm in thickness, boasts a skeleton, matte, rose gold dial and a sapphire caseback. The watch is run by hand-wound caliber 1790SQ, which is skeletonised, and offers a power reserve of up to 55 hours. Functions include indication of time in hours and minutes, a small seconds hand on the tourbillon shaft and date and power reserve subdials. The watch is finished on a black crocodile strap, complemented by a Vacheron Constantin half-Maltese cross-shaped rose gold pin buckle.

Patek Philippe SA is a Swiss luxury watch and clock manufacturer, located in the Canton of Geneva and the Vallée de Joux. Established in 1839, it is named after two of its founders, Antoni Patek and Adrien Philippe. Since 1932, the company has been owned by the Stern family in Switzerland. 

When launched in 1997, the Aquanaut made quite a splash in the world of horology. The watch was young, modern and unexpected. Its case was in the shape of a rounded octagon, inspired by that of the Nautilus. What’s more, it sported a "tropical" strap, made of a new composite material, ultra-resistant to wear, salt water and UV radiation. 

The 35.6 mm rose gold case is 8.5 mm thick. The watch also has a sapphire crystal back and a bezel, set with diamonds. The engraved mother-of-pearl dial in two-tone beige has gold, applied, brown-painted numerals and diamond hour markers. The Caliber 324 S C self-winding movement runs the timepiece, complete with the date in an aperture and a sweep seconds hand. Offering approximately 35-45 hours of power reserve, the watch is finished on a pearly beige polymer material strap, with an Aquanaut fold-over buckle, set with 10 baguette diamonds (~0.34 ct). Water resistance is up to 120 metres.

Launched in collaboration with Ahmed Seddiqui & Sons, the UAE's leading watch and jewellery retailer, the Classic Fusion Chronograph Concrete Sand celebrates the UAE's 50th anniversary. The collection is limited to 100 pieces. 

The 45 mm watch has a composite concrete crown. Measuring 13.85 mm in thickness, the limited-edition watch has a microblasted titanium case, engraved with the words, ‘SPECIAL EDITION XX/100’; it also has a sapphire bezel with interior anti-reflective treatment. The composite concrete dial, sprinkled with actual desert sand, sports microblasted ruthenium anthracite-plated applique hands. The straps are made either of black rubber or camel leather, complemented by brown stitching and stainless steel microblasted deployant buckle clasps. The watch, powered  by Caliber HUB1143, is water-resistant for up to 50 metres.

The original Patek Nautilus watch dates back to 1976. Gérald Genta designed the watch — he’s the man behind contemporary luxury sports watches with integrated bracelets. 

The watch in question has a silver-tone stainless steel case with a silver-tone stainless steel bracelet and a fixed silver-tone stainless steel bezel. The black analog graduated dial features luminescent hands and index hour markers, along with minute markers around the outer rim. The date is displayed on the subdial at 12 o'clock while the one at 6 o’clock displays 60 seconds. With a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and a screw-down crown, the 40.5 mm watch has a cushion-shaped case, a transparent caseback and a butterfly clasp. Water resistance is measured at 120 metres.
