Cartier Privé Collection Tortue Monopoussoir

This year, Cartier's Privé collection has given its legendary Tortue watch—first unveiled in 1912 and renowned for its harmonious blend of curves and straight lines—a stunning modern twist. The latest rendition introduces a monopoussoir chronograph complication. While it stays true to the original's charm, the watch flaunts a sleeker, lighter silhouette. Highlights include striking blued-steel apple-shaped hands, a rail-track design framing the hour markers, and a single push-button seamlessly integrated into the crown for chronograph functions. Powered by the Manufacture 1928 MC movement, this model is Cartier’s slimmest chronograph ever, measuring a mere 4.3 mm. Limited to just 200 pieces, with 50 of them in platinum, it’s a true collector's dream.

Chopard Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph JX7

Chopard Co-President Karl-Friedrich Scheufele and six-time Le Mans champion Jacky Ickx are celebrating their 36-year friendship with the Mille Miglia Classic Chronograph JX7, a limited-edition tribute to Ickx’s iconic blue helmets from 1972. Building on last year’s enhancements to Chopard’s car-inspired collection, this timepiece is available in sleek Lucent Steel or a luxe combination of Lucent Steel and ethical 18 ct yellow gold. The 40.5 mm case, with a 50-metre water resistance, boasts striking knurled chronograph pushers and a midnight blue lacquer dial, adorned with a tachymeter scale, white markings, Arabic numerals, and luminous Super-LumiNova. Limited to just 250 pieces in Lucent Steel and to 50 in the bi-colour version, the JX7 is powered by a COSC-certified movement and is secured with a rubber strap patterned after Dunlop tyre treads.

Frederique Constant Slimline Perpetual Calendar Manufacture Limited Edition

In their second dazzling collaboration, British maestro Peter Speake and Geneva's Frederique Constant have unveiled a limited-edition perpetual calendar watch that’s nothing short of a horological masterpiece. With only 35 pieces available, this sophisticated gem boasts a sleek black case, strap, and an openwork dial that elegantly flaunts the FC-775 manufacture movement. The perpetual calendar complication effortlessly displays all your calendar needs in one glance, without ever needing to fuss over month lengths or leap years. With satin-polished components, striking blued screws, and a sapphire crystal caseback, this timepiece seamlessly merges British ingenuity with Swiss precision.

Oris Father Time Limited Edition

The Father Time Limited Edition is a 40 mm bronze piece born of a collaboration between Oris and the Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC); just 1,926 pieces are up for grabs. This exclusive timepiece celebrates the year Father Time was presented to Lord’s, serving as a nod to Law 12.3 of Cricket, which signals the close of play. Its case features a sophisticated multi-piece bronze construction, a stainless steel back, and a domed sapphire crystal, all wrapped in 5-bar water resistance. With a 41-hour power reserve, the Father Time not only showcases impeccable craftsmanship but also reflects Oris and MCC’s dedication to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. The watch boasts a bronze bracelet and a deer leather strap, and comes encased in a special box with a strap-changing tool.

Maurice Lacroix Aikon Automatic PVD Limited Edition

Inspired by the iconic Calypso of the 90s, the Maurice Lacroix AIKON Blue Limited Edition embodies bold urban elegance. With its 39 mm blue PVD-plated stainless steel case, this watch combines brushed and polished finishes for a contemporary yet classic look. The sapphire crystal features an anti-reflective coating, ensuring clarity and durability, while the open caseback showcases a special engraving, adding a personalised touch. The watch has a distinctive bezel, designed with a six-claw motif, and a blue dial with a Clous de Paris pattern. Powered by the automatic ML115 movement, it offers a 38-hour power reserve. Complementing the watch is a blue rubber strap with the Maurice Lacroix logo and an easy-change system for convenience.

Montblanc Star Legacy Capsule Collection

Montblanc’s latest Star Legacy capsule collection makes a grand entrance in a rich, deep burgundy, celebrating Jacques Balmat, the daring soul who first conquered Mont Blanc in 1786. The collection’s striking burgundy dial is a nod to Balmat’s quest for elusive minerals, including pink and red fluorite, embodying both strength and courage. Adorned with a glacier-inspired pattern and a sfumato effect, the dial seamlessly transitions onto a burgundy calf leather strap with a sophisticated alligator print. Limited to just 1,786 pieces, each model—the Automatic Date, Moonphase, and Chronograph—pays homage to the year of Balmat's historic ascent, all crafted in stainless steel.

NORQAIN Freedom 60 Chrono Limited Edition

The watch channels the adventurous spirit of the ‘60s while offering an exclusive touch. Limited to just 300 pieces, it’s more than a nod to vintage design. The peach sunray dial is complemented by a sleek black tachymeter scale and diamond-cut indexes filled with Super-LumiNova®. The 40 mm case, crafted from durable 316L stainless steel, features a screw-down crown, an open caseback with scratch-proof sapphire glass, and a customisable NORQAIN plate. Inside, the NORQAIN calibre N19 (Sellita SW510 a) chronograph movement promises a robust 62-hour power reserve. Choose from a range of straps—an integrated stainless steel bracelet, black Perlon rubber, or grey and ivory Nortide linen—to match your style and adventure.

The first half of the year has already set a high standard with exceptional releases, and we are excited to see what innovative designs and unique complications will emerge in the coming months.
