Three Reimaginings of Oris: Community, Character, and Craft in Miniature

Autumn arrives at Hölstein with three expressions of Oris’s watchmaking conviction: one honouring a global community, one letting a living metal write its own story, and one distilling a near-century-old icon into its most graceful proportions yet. Each carries the Swiss mechanical integrity that has defined the Maison since 1938.
A Community Cast in Steel
Born from 62 global chapters, the Oris Social Club Edition II is a tribute in steel, built on the Aquis Date Relief 43.50mm. Its case houses a frosted silver dial beneath a sapphire crystal domed on both sides with anti-reflective coating. The unidirectional bezel retains its relief minutes scale, while an olive green NATO strap returns to the Aquis line for the first time in a decade. The Oris Bear winks in the date window every first of the month, and the screwed caseback is engraved with the Hölstein factory beside the marking "OSC | INT". Lume hands, a screw-down crown, and 30-bar water resistance complete a case measuring 23mm at the interhorn, 51.00mm lug-to-lug, and 13.10mm in thickness.

A Metal that Ages with Intention
Following last year's redesign, the ProPilot Date welcomes bronze with the ProPilot Bronze. Its 41.00mm bronze case, oversized crown, and LIFT clasp are rendered in the material, paired with a dark green suede strap chosen to complement its slow oxidisation. As the metal ages, the character deepens while the architecture stays constant: the turbine-inspired fluted bezel, the crown descended from a 1938 design for gloved airmen, and a black dial whose indices and hands carry Super-LumiNova. The case measures 20mm at the interhorn, 49.00mm lug-to-lug, and 11.70mm in thickness, pairing a domed sapphire crystal with a steel caseback in mineral glass.
Inside sits the automatic Calibre Oris 733, a 25.60mm movement at 4 Hz with 26 jewels, providing a 41-hour reserve with time and instantaneous date. Water resistance reaches 10 bar. Arriving this month, it is priced at CHF 2,250.

An Heirloom, Softened by Time
An heirloom silhouette returns in a softer scale with the Big Crown Pointer Date 29.00mm, offered in four references: black on leather, black on bracelet, rose gold on leather, and rose gold on bracelet. It preserves the fluted bezel, the oversized crown, and the pointer hand tracing printed indices and a date scale of dots and Arabic numerals, refined for delicacy. The crown is tapered for comfort and the pointer hand's tip now matches the other three in tone rather than contrasting. Skeletonised hour and minute hands lend new sophistication against a dial pairing a sunburst centre with a grained outer ring.

The case measures 35.50 mm lug‑to‑lug and 11.40 mm in thickness, water‑resistant to 5 bar. It is powered by the automatic Calibre Oris 534, a 25.60 mm movement running at 4 Hz with a 42‑hour reserve. Arriving this month, it is priced at CHF 1,950 on leather and CHF 2,150 on bracelet.
Three watches, one workshop, and a single conviction carried through every case: craftsmanship is a language spoken fluently in Hölstein.
