Panerai has opened a new boutique at Mumbai’s Jio World Plaza, the latest luxury shopping destination in the city. The boutique is the first one in India to introduce the brand’s latest signature design concept. The launch was celebrated with a ribbon-cutting ceremony followed by a soiree for guests. Covering over 60 sq metres, the Panerai boutique encapsulates the brand’s core ideas regarding “Italianity”, the world of maritime expeditions, and technicity. Before you step into the boutique, the distinct and bold Panerai logo is bound to capture your attention. Expansive, transparent windows ensure a visual harmony, inviting shoppers to venture into the world of Panerai.

The brand narrative continues in the interior space with the iconic luminescent clock, retro-illuminated to recall the Super-LumiNova® fluorescence, a shared feature in all Panerai watches. The fully functional timepiece is strategically placed for maximum visibility, underscoring the brand's enduring theme of luminescence.

A rich sensory experience, complete with fragrance and music, awaits watch buffs when they enter the boutique. The marble-effect flooring, the wood veneer, and the metal grids are in perfect harmony, underscoring the boutique’s elegant, contemporary aesthetics. The ample use of the colour blue and other marine-inspired elements highlight the brand’s inextricable connection with the underwater and diving world.

The boutique is home to timepieces from all Panerai collections, namely Luminor, Luminor Due, Radiomir, and Submersible. The Luminor line shines with its emblematic, patented, crown-protecting device, while the Luminor Due stuns with a sleeker case. The classic Radiomir line represents Panerai's heritage with its refined and vintage details. Finally, the Submersible is developed for the world of the seas.

Also available at the Jio World Plaza boutique in India is Bar Italiano. In addition to serving as a café, the space pays homage to coffee traditions.
