The brand has just introduced a watch — the dial depicts Popeye in a cricket stadium, holding a bat — that celebrates both cricket and the adventures of one of our favourite fictional cartoon characters, Popeye the Sailor Man. This charming horological mix is certainly set to win hearts, especially across India. Needless to say, this limited-edition timepiece has been unveiled just in time for the 2023 Men's Cricket World Cup.

A round jumping hour window is placed at 6 o’clock position. The outer periphery marks the retrograde minute track. The bright white indices and Arabic numerals set against the colourful backdrop enhance legibility, adding a touch of contrast as well.

The watch is equipped with retrograde minute and jumping hour complications and is powered by Calibre RSV-240 Manufacture self-winding mechanical movement. The innovative automatic movement has been developed in collaboration with TELOS, a Swiss engine manufacturer. With its proprietary, patented, 113-piece module, this self-winding movement is exclusively designed for RESERVOIR watches. Offering a 56-hour power reserve, the new watch ensures uninterrupted performance on and off the field.

Only 100 pieces are available, making the RESERVOIR X POPEYE CRICKET watch a true-blue collector's item. Every piece is presented in a white wooden box with an image of The Popeye Family, representing the camaraderie and unity fostered by cricket.
