H. Moser & Cie. Releases the Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Boutique Edition with a Matrix Green Fumé Dial
H. Moser & Cie. has achieved impressive growth, increasing its turnover eight times and its production five times in just a decade, making it a frontrunner in independent watchmaking. The brand has expanded its presence globally, launching dedicated points of sale and subsidiaries in key regions. To celebrate this milestone, H. Moser & Cie. has launched the new Streamliner chronograph in red gold on a rubber strap. The H. Moser & Cie. Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Boutique Edition (Reference 6907-0400) will be exclusively available in the brand’s stores and online. Needless to say, the H. Moser & Cie. boutiques reflect its core philosophy of minimalism and innovation. The latest Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Boutique Edition strikes a perfect balance between sportiness and timeless elegance.
Enhanced Aesthetics and Functionality
The 5N red gold case of this sculptural timepiece showcases harmonious proportions and sleek aerodynamics. The design includes chronograph push buttons at 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock, a screw-in crown at 4 o'clock with an engraved ‘M’, a domed Glassbox sapphire crystal and a transparent caseback. The Matrix Green fumé dial features a sunburst pattern, with a red-and-white outer track for seconds and an inner track for minutes. The dial is dominated by a three-dimensional 60 numeral at 12 o'clock, reminiscent of vintage stopwatches. At the same time, the hands are finely crafted for precise timekeeping, resembling those found in cars or measuring instruments. The red seconds hand enhances legibility and the hours and minutes are indicated by three-dimensional gilded curved hands with Globolight® inserts, providing luminescence through the Super-LumiNova® technology.
An Intricate Movement
The Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Boutique Edition houses Calibre HMC 907, an automatic movement developed by AGENHOR, a company known for its expertise in intricate watch movements. This movement features a central display and a flyback function for minutes and seconds, and offers a generous 72-hour power reserve. The sapphire caseback reveals the contemporary finish of the HMC 907, with Moser stripes, angled at 45°, and anthracite grey rhodium plating on the bridges and the main plate. The tungsten oscillating weight is positioned between the movement and the dial, allowing for a captivating view of the chronograph's operation and the column wheel.
Finishing Touches
The Streamliner Flyback Chronograph Automatic Boutique Edition retains its core aesthetic features and functionality while showcasing a transparent lacquer logo on the dial as a subtle mark of excellence. Its water resistance allows the chronograph to be used underwater as well. The innovative integration of a rubber strap with titanium inserts gives the timepiece a fresh appearance, blending the warm reflections of 5N red gold with the intricate tones of the Matrix Green dial. The watch is accompanied by a folding clasp with three blades in 5N red gold, elegantly engraved with the Moser logo.
