Montblanc 8000 Capsule Collection

Montblanc's 8000 Capsule Collection showcases the planet's 14 highest peaks, all of which tower over 8000 metres. Scaling these without oxygen demands immense strength, expertise and readiness, a rare feat only accomplished by a select few.

The Montblanc 1858 Zero Oxygen 8000 Capsule Collection boasts four timepieces with "Zero Oxygen" tech. This prevents fogging and oxidation, ensuring long-lasting precision. Each watch includes a certification for this exclusive feature. The dark grey Glacier pattern dial replicates the mountain's rock and ice colour at 8000 metres, created using an old Italian technique to produce softened outlines and hazy forms, evocative of high altitude views. The orange hue, a nod to mountaineering gear and spiritual amulets, adds a vibrant edge to the icy background.

The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere Chronograph 0 Oxygen The 8000 Limited Edition 290

This watch draws inspiration from Mark Maker Nimsdai Purja's record-breaking Everest climb with the first Montblanc 1858 0 Oxygen timepiece. Powered by Montblanc's Manufacture automatic chronograph with worldtime complication, Calibre MB 29.27, the watch features two 3D globes that display the Northern and Southern Hemispheres. 

The Northern Hemisphere boasts 14 orange dots representing the 8000m peaks while the chronograph functions include a central seconds hand and 30-minute and 12-hour counters. A glacial blue luminescence enhances visibility and the titanium case is assembled without oxygen and engraved with Nimsdai's quotes, 14 Eight Thousander peaks, and Himalayan prayer flags. An anthracite textile strap inspired by mountaineering ropes completes the package.

The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere 0 Oxygen The 8000 

Similar to the previous timepiece, this pays homage to Reinhold Messner, the legendary mountaineer who conquered all 14 of the world's highest peaks. It has a 42mm titanium case, a black ceramic bezel with cardinal points, and a dark grey glacier pattern dial with orange accents.

The MB 29.25 automatic movement powers the watch, which features a worldtime complication with two globes representing the Northern and Southern Hemispheres, Day & Night indications, and a dual time display with a date. The interchangeable titanium bracelet has a taper and fine adjustment system. The caseback showcases K2, the world's second-highest peak, chosen by Messner himself. It comes with an interchangeable titanium bracelet.

Montblanc 1858 Automatic Chronograph 0 Oxygen The 8000 

This 42mm steel watch features a black ceramic bezel and a grey glacier dial with blue glowing Arabic numerals, hands, cardinal points, and orange accents. There’s a black seconds' counter at nine o'clock and a central chrono seconds hand and 30-minute counter in orange. Powered by the MB 25.13 auto chrono movement, it has a 48-hour power reserve and comes with a Spirit of Exploration-patterned caseback and an adjustable stainless steel bracelet.

The Montblanc Automatic Date 0 Oxygen 8000 

Housed in a 41mm stainless steel case, this comes with a black ceramic bezel. The dark grey Sfumato glacier dial has applied Arabic numerals and blue luminescent hands and markers. The watch also features a date display, a minute scale with orange markings, and sits on a stainless steel bracelet. The automatic calibre MB 24.15 powers the watch for 38 hours and the caseback is engraved with the "Spirit of Exploration".

Montblanc 1858 The Unveiled Timekeeper Minerva

Montblanc marks two significant milestones with the unveiling of the Unveiled Timekeeper Minerva at Watches and Wonders 2023. This contemporary timepiece pays tribute to Minerva's 165-year-old heritage and the 100th anniversary of its first wristwatch chronograph movement. Montblanc revives the iconic 1923 calibre with a modern twist in this masterpiece.

The Unveiled Timekeeper Minerva’s chronograph function replaces traditional pushers with an 18 ct gold fluted bezel, offering a sleek design and simple operation with a single click. The bezel draws inspiration from Minerva’s 1927 fluted and internal countdown rotating bezel, enabling 10 separate events to be timed with 30 jumps/steps per turn.

Powered by the Calibre MB M13.21 — the latest version of the hand-finished Calibre 13.20 movement — the watch boasts a 60-hour power reserve. The contrasting coloured chronograph seconds hand, marked with the Minerva arrow, a 30-minute chronograph counter at three o'clock, and small seconds indication at nine o'clock, completes the dial.

Montblanc offers two limited editions of the Unveiled Timekeeper Minerva. The stainless steel case with the 18 ct white gold bezel in blue and red accents is limited to 100 pieces and the Lime Gold case with a dark green dial is a 28-piece edition. Both models come with an interchangeable alligator leather strap in a matching colour.

Montblanc 1858 The Unveiled Secret Minerva Monopusher Chronograph

Montblanc’s Unveiled Secret Minerva Monopusher Chronograph gets a contemporary twist with a limited edition release featuring a unique distressed steel finish. 

The 43mm case is manually washed and brushed with quartzite and limestones, resulting in a one-of-a-kind patina on each piece. The watch displays the Minerva arrow and a white gold fluted bezel; showcased on the dial is the hand-wound Minerva MB M16.29 movement with a 50-hour power reserve and 30m water resistance.

The movement features meticulous hand-finishing and sanded German silver with a unique snailed diamantage coquille motif. The watch is fitted with a black nubuck alligator strap and distressed steel triple-folding clasp, limited to just 88 pieces.

Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date Collection

Montblanc’s 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date watch is back with a new edition. The timepiece has a grey glacier-inspired dial crafted using gratté-boisé technique that adds depth and luminosity. It features a 41mm stainless steel case, a scuba diver engraved 3D caseback, and is a diving instrument conforming to the ISO 6425 norm. It has undergone the Montblanc Laboratory Test for resistance.

The watch is visible in all conditions, with Super-Luminova® on hands, indexes, and the bezel’s 12 o’clock dots. The collection includes interchangeable stainless steel bracelets that can be swapped with a black rubber strap with matching stitching, without using tools. Wet suit wearers will love the adjustable bracelets with double deployant buckle.

Montblanc also adds a new green glacier dial Boutique Edition with a black ceramic bezel and a larger 3D-engraved caseback scuba diver. Both editions are powered by automatic movements, displaying hours, minutes, seconds, and a date at 3 o'clock.

Montblanc 1858 Iced Sea Coffret 

Montblanc’s first limited-edition box set of 1858 Iced Sea Automatic Date watches comprises a collection of diving instruments that pay tribute to the iconic Mont-Blanc mountain range.

Each of the three models features a laser-engraved relief of a different view of Mont-Blanc, achieved by structuring the titanium caseback with a laser. The 3D renderings create depth and realism, and the engravings are finished in colours that complement each model’s unique design.

The timepieces are housed in a chest with a granite-like base, representing the rock of the Mont-Blanc mountain, and a top made of transparent resin that showcases the relief of the Mont-Blanc massif. The 41mm stainless steel cases house automatic movements that indicate hours, minutes, seconds and a date at 3 o'clock. The Mer de Glace, the largest glacier in the Mont-Blanc massif, inspires the dials. 

Certified to ISO 6425 and tested rigorously, each timepiece is shock, magnetic, and temperature resistant. The fasteners are reinforced for added security. White Super-Luminova® coating on the hands, indexes, and 12 o’clock dot ensures visibility in all lighting conditions and complements the glacial theme. The watch is limited to 191 pieces. Interchangeable straps, including a black rubber one, come included.
